Recently, our company has completed a comprehensive technical optimization of the HEPA Mini Filter Full-Auto Non-Partition Pleating Production Line, achieving breakthrough improvements in four core areas: roller structure, gluing system, conveyor system, and overall machine design.

The upgraded model delivers higher stability, precision, and operational convenience, providing reliable, high-performance solutions for HEPA filter manufacturers.

Four Core Technical Upgrades

Dual Roller Structure Replaces Single Roller for Improved Pleating Flatness

The new line adopts a dual-roller design instead of the traditional single-roller structure, ensuring smoother operation and more uniform stress distribution. Pleating is flatter and more consistent, with a fold height range of 10–120mm precisely adjustable via the touchscreen.

Vertical Glue Nozzle for Smoother, More Uniform Glue Lines

The glue nozzle is upgraded to a vertical gluing mode, enhancing glue application accuracy and stability. The improved system produces cleaner, flatter glue lines and stronger bonding for higher filter quality.

Extended Conveyor Belt to 2.3 Meters for Larger Buffer Storage

The conveyor belt is lengthened to 2.3 meters, significantly increasing buffer and storage capacity. This supports continuous high-speed production, reduces downtime, and improves overall line efficiency.

Machine Frame Raised by 100mm for Easier Feeding & Better Appearance

The main frame height is increased by 100mm, making paper feeding and positioning more convenient and ergonomic. The revised structure also improves the machine’s aesthetic and modern industrial appearance.
