The Oil Filter Impulse Fatigue Tester is specialized for testing the shell and seal performance of spin-on oil filters (flow ≤50L/min). It features a dual-station design to test two different specs simultaneously, with automatic impulse setting, counting, and shutdown. Boasting Class 1 pressure precision, 0~2MPa adjustable pressure, and 0.25~1Hz impulse frequency, it displays waveforms and pressure via a long-scan oscilloscope. Equipped with temperature control (normal~100℃) and auto-protection for high pressure, low liquid level, and overload, it complies with ISO 4548/JB/T 6725-93 standards, ensuring reliable and compliant testing for engine startup high-pressure fluctuation resistance.
