Panel Servo Paper Pleating Production Line

TONGCHEN Panel Servo Paper Pleating Production Line is a fully automatic filter paper forming machine equipped with advanced spray humidification system and dual servo glue injection units. It adopts high-quality Taiwan-made core components and PLC touchscreen control system, with 20–60 mm adjustable folding height and stable 5–50 m/min production speed. This high-precision, low-failure equipment ensures uniform paper pleating forming for efficient industrial batch production.

As the upstream process equipment of this PU casting machine, the panel pleating line completes the full pleating workflow: filter paper feeding → spray humidification → paper imprinting → automatic glue injection → folding & forming → conveyor output. The well-formed filter element cores are then transferred to the PU casting machine for end gasket sealing and casting.

With its maximum 320 mm filter paper width perfectly matching the processing range of the PU casting machine, the two sets of equipment form a complete automatic production solution for panel-type air filters and industrial filter elements, effectively improving overall production efficiency and guaranteeing consistent finished product quality.
